Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed any discomfort.
Fitness is a celebration of what your body can achieve. I founded Diana's Fitness Lab to share this belief, guiding others to find their physical and mental strength through enjoyable, empowering workouts that promote overall wellness.

Jamie Clarke
Elite Trainer
James Clarke is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has experience with strength training, TRX, plyometrics, body weight, pool based exercise and mobility. His training methods will surprise you, it’s great for all strength levels depending on how hard you push yourself! James not only loves to workout in the gym but also enjoys kayaking, swimming, hiking, and skiing.
He has also been involved in many team sports including football, basketball, and track. James currently enjoys lifting heavy, doing body weight workouts, swimming, and Rope Flow. He always says, the reason he works out so much is to be able to eat more and even though eating is great, health should always come first.

I take a lighthearted yet serious and focused approach to exercise progression guaranteeing that with your commitment to bettering yourself, we will see the results we’re looking for.
