“I came to physical training because I was in a car accident in January that left me with intense and constant pain and fatigue, both of which began to interfere with my ability to do well in college. Working with Diana has completely altered my quality of life. In six weeks I gained ten pounds of muscle (which I really needed, I was pretty scrawny) and reduced my fat mass percentage by a wide margin. I now get to live without pain and have been able to stop taking pain medication completely, and I’ve come to enjoy lifting after being a runner most of my life. Diana is incredible to be around- I love seeing her as much as I now love working out.
