“After seeing a doctor, I started physical therapy.  After three months, I saw little improvement. The pain was less, but it continued to hurt to blow dry my hair, get dressed, basic everyday chores were a challenge. I returned to the doctor and he order an MRI; the results revealed a small tear in my shoulder.  The doctor did not recommend surgery. He recommended personal training as it would be good to build up my core and overall strength to avoid a fall.

In January, I started personal training with Diana.  I was excited yet concerned as I have never worked out with weights.

As soon as I met Diana, I knew she was caring and concerned about my overall health.  She is extremely knowledgeable and I knew she could help me achieve my goal and I was confident I would not injure my shoulder further by lifting weights.

I am happy to say I can now use my shoulder freely without pain and have lost 18 pounds of fat and 23 inches overall! I have never felt better, have more energy, am more focused and have improved overall wellbeing. I can’t thank Diana enough, she inspires me to reach my goals and has taught me a great deal about nutrition and overall health. She is so much more than a personal trainer! I am impressed by her passion, her authentic desire to help and connect with her clients. She is very caring and attentive to what each client needs, what their limits are, and how far she can push them. Each time, she encourages and motivates me to do better, and yet she knows how much I am capable of. She deserves the best compliments and I plan to continue working with her.
